I Hate Liars!

My son is such a liar! He pisses me off. I overheard him talking to my mom this morning as she was telling him the reasons why she's afraid of letting him drive. He tells her lies, such as, "My mom makes me buy my own food."

Now the rest of that story that I will fill in, you know, the stuff he totally omitted is, I make him buy his own food...when he breaks something that doesn't belong to him in the house and it needs to be replaced and since he doesn't have a job, I take it out of his "food allowance" for his school lunches and then I pay for whatever it costs that way.

Also, although I took his lunch money away, I in turn told him that I'd take him to the store to buy lunch stuff for him so he can take something to school to eat so he won't starve to death. He turned the offer down because he doesn't want to bring a lunch to school. So, to me, that no longer makes it my problem, it is his, he owns it now.

Also, he said that I don't take him anywhere, that too is a lie. On Sun. last week he was planning something all morning long on the phone with his friends. I tell him I am going out now (it is 1:30pm) and that I don't know when I'll be back. He is sitting at the computer with his headphones on and playing around on the computer and sort of acknowledges me with a grunt of sorts.

He then calls me about 1.5 hours before he is about to leave (it is around 4:30pm)and TELLS me, "I need a ride at 6pm to a restaurant". I think to myself, that is nice. He isn't asking for a ride apparently because he never said anything about it, so I don't call back and I continue about my business.

Half an hour before he is leaving he expects me to hurry home for him to take him someplace. He calls about 20 times all together, he lies to my mom saying I ignored his calls (I turned my ringer off) and that he called me 30+ times, which when he talked to me he said he called me 20 times in a row which was what he did and not the inflated number that he gave my mom.

Anyway, he continued to lie to her and I am sick and tired of him blaming me for what he does wrong. He also let me a message on my cell phone saying, "You are a liar, undeserving and I am disappointed in you.". I don't know where that came from, but I couldn't stop the tears of laughter when I heard it. He is so immature sometimes it kills me!

Well, I am hoping that one day he will grow up into a good man. Gee, I can't wait until he mans up and takes repsonsibility for the crappy things he does. I look forward to his becoming a frontal lober instead of this mamalian brain stemmer that he presently is.
