My Child...

So, today I woke up and I called the phone company and suspended my son's line for not paying me back the money he owes me for going over his minutes on his cell phone.

You see, I bought him a new cell phone after he broke 2 other cells phones (which I was forced to do by my mother whom I WAS living with during the time because she forced me to because she said I was making her and my father's life rough and miserable by him not having a cell phone of his own and that they are having to pay the price of my son not having a phone).

I pay the bill for him and my mother because she forced me to buy him and her a new cell phone. I paid my son's phone until he took advantage of me.

I called him two weeks ago and I told him that he went over his minutes, he basically called me a liar and told me that he won't pay anything until he sees the bill with his own two eyes.

Basically, I am sick and tired of being treated like dirt by him. He is a spoiled MONSTER that my parents MADE and blame on ME!! Every time I said no to him, he ranted and raved until my parents forced me to give him his way just to shut him up.

They didn't support me at all, instead they insulted me and put me down in front of him and forced me to give him his way.

Being Asian makes it difficult to go against one's parents when we are BRAINWASHED into NEVER disrespecting our parents by talking back (read: telling them how we feel about the situation is considered a mortal sin by its very nature).

They basically bullied me by SHAMING me and telling me disappointed they are in me and how I am a terrible mother to my son and what a terrible person I am because I don't listen to him and do what he wants me to do.

Just because they want to put him on a pedestal doesn't mean that I have to too. He is rude, spoiled rotten and disrespectful! He calls me names (stupid fucking bitch and fucking whore are two of his favorites).

I moved out of my parent's house back in May and moved him out of my parent's house the day after he graduated to his father's house because that is what his father and I agreed upon.

While there, he would live with his dad, get a full-time job until school starts then go to school full-time and work part-time.

We would pay for his first semester then after that he would have to come up with the money and if he passed with an A or B, we would pay for it. It seems fair to me.

But then my mom interfered and took him back into her house. She is a liar! She is a fraud! She just wanted control of my son, so now she has it. He is 18 and thinks he is a man and doesn't need me.

Until he is decent to me, I basically want nothing to do with him. When June comes around I am taking him off my car insurance. When October comes I will end his phone contract. I am sick and tired of being taken advantage of.
